Caribbean Blue Marlin Sliders

Morey’s Blue Marlin 640150 4.5 oz.

Cut marlin into three-1.5 oz. pieces, coat with jerk spice and grill medium rare. Combine mayo and poblano concentrate. Toast slider buns. Build sliders and top with black bean mango salsa and cilantro.
