Cheese Tortelloni with Meat Sauce

Dei Fratelli Canned Diced Tomatoes 230100 18 oz.

Add beef crumbles to pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat to bring them up to temperature, stirring often.

Remove beef from pan, place into a bowl, and set aside. Add diced tomatoes, sugar, and butter to pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 20 minutes, stirring often.

Return beef to the pan with the tomatoes. Stir in Parmesan, half and half, and tortelloni. Raise to medium heat and cover with lid. Cook for 5 minutes, stir well, lower heat to medium-low. Stir in fresh basil and serve immediately.
