Chicken Caprese Sandwich

For Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli:

Combine mayonnaise and Armanino Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. Mix well.

For sandwich:

Heat chicken until warmed through. Toast ciabatta roll and spread both sides of roll with sun-dried tomato aioli. Top with sliced fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, basil and chicken. Slice in half and serve.
