For Ginger Spiked Dressing: Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce and ground ginger. Let stand for 30 minutes.

In a bowl toss greens, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, peppers, green onion, cilantro and warm chicken together and coat with dressing.
