Grilled Curry Cauliflower Steak with Indian Lentil Stew

Cook lentils in water until tender. Sauté tomato, zucchini, carrots, spinach, garlic, ginger, cumin and turmeric. Mix with lentils. Coat cauliflower in oil and curry powder and grill until tender. Place lentil stew on plate with cauliflower resting against it.
