Cook GUINNESS™ Stouties Cod per box instructions.
In a bowl combine sweet chili sauce, vinegar, and oil until well blended. Add coleslaw, tomatoes, and onion and mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat griddle or grill and toast slider rolls. Place on a plate.
Add 2 pcs. of Stouties on one side of the toasted slider (repeat for the 2nd & 3rd slider bun).
On the other side of slider bun evenly distribute the Asian slaw mixture (repeat for the 2nd & 3rd slider bun).
Place 6-8 oz. fries into the deep fryer for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Plate and serve with 2 oz. of ketchup. Garnish with pickle and coleslaw.
