Pound out pork loin to ½ thin. Bread with flour, egg. and breadcrumbs. Place in deep fryer until golden. Sauté spätzle and cabbage. Fry egg sunny side up. Arrange on plate with schnitzel resting on spätzle and cabbage. Place anchovy on schnitzel. Top with egg and caper. Garnish with lemon.
