Mango Pineapple Mahi Mahi Tacos

Prepare the Mahi Mahi marinade by combining the fresh lime juice with the vegetable oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the Mahi Mahi, turn to coat, and lay on the grill until heated through.

Remove the Mahi Mahi from the grill and slice. Place sliced fish into warm flour tortillas, add shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro and diced red onion and drizzle with mango pineapple vinaigrette. Serve three tacos per plate.
