Moody Blue Slider

Roth Kase Moody Blue Cheese, crumbled 208414 8 oz.
Mann Green Leaf Lettuce 135806 4 leaves
Capital City 1 Layer Tomato, sliced 121004 4 slices
Baker Boy 3" Brioche Slider Buns 715869 4 buns
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cloverdale 14-16 Hickory Smoked Thick Shingle Bacon 549217 cooked and crumbled

Combine ground beef and 4 ounces of Moody Blue® in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.

Gently form meat and cheese mixture into 4 small patties/sliders.

Place sliders on grill. Just before sliders reach desired internal temperature, top with remaining Moody Blue® and cooked crumbled bacon. Cook for one to two additional minutes or until cheese begins to melt.

Place lettuce leaf and tomato slice on each bottom bun, transfer sliders to buns and serve.

Yield: 4 sliders
