Pear and Prosciutto with Blue Cheese

Cut pear into eight slices. Remove core. Wrap prosciutto around four of the pear slices. Arrange pears on plate in a pinwheel. Place Ba Ba Blue cheese, walnuts, and sage decoratively on and around slices. Drizzle olive oil and fig balsamic glaze over plate. Serve with fresh ground black pepper.
