Pulled Sriracha Salmon Salad

Place greens on plates to cover. Down middle of salad spoon a vertical row of Sriracha pulled salmon (4 oz. per salad). On one side of salmon make a vertical row of cucumbers (1/2 cup per salad) and a row of egg (1 egg per salad). On other side of salmon make a vertical row of avocado (1/2 cup per salad) and a row of tomato (1/2 cup per salad). Serve with dressing of your choice.
