Rockin’ Reuben

Franklin Street Sliced Caraway Rye Bread, lightly buttered on one side for grilling 717824 4 slices
GLK Shredded Sauerkraut 283189 2 oz.
Hormel Cooked Top Round Corned Beef, sliced and heated 553400 14 oz.
Green Bay Sliced Swiss Cheese 210330 4 slices
Ken's Chipotle Mayonnaise 463420 3 oz.

Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on grill. Spread thin layer of chipotle mayo and place a slice of cheese on each slice of grilled bread.

Divide corned beef on 2 bottom slices of bread.

Top corned beef with sauerkraut. Top with 2nd slice of bread & grill both sides until crispy. Serve immediately.
