Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Mrs. Gerry's Chicken Salad Base 148615 4 lbs.
Cooked Rotisserie Chicken, diced 5 lbs.
Duda/Dandy Diced Celery 144055 2 cups

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix well to combine. Chill to 33-39 degrees F before serving.

Once mixed, recommended shelf life is 72 hours. Makes approximately 9.5 lbs. of salad.

You can also create your own signature salad by adding:

  • Cooked pasta, diced bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, sliced summer squash, and Parmesan cheese
  • Red or green seedless grapes, diced Swiss cheese, and slivered almonds
  • Diced red and green apples, curry powder, flaked coconut, and raisins
  • Bacon bits, diced tomatoes, diced avocados, and crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar cheese. Toss with Romaine or iceberg lettuce and garnish with hard-cooked eggs
