Sauerkraut Braised Mini Pork Shanks

Water 1 cup
Yukon B Potatoes, mashed 141374 5 oz.
Kemps Sour Cream 152298 1 oz.
ULF Chives 298406 .3 oz.
GLK Sweet and Sour Cabbage 283183 6 oz.

In roasting pan, place sauerkraut, water, pork shanks and bake until internal temperature is 150°F. Combine mashed potato with sour cream and chive and place in center of plate. Rest the pork shanks and sauerkraut on top of potatoes. Place cabbage around potatoes.
