Spiced Chocolate-Cardona Cheese Fondue

In double boiler combine cream, spices, sugar and chocolate chips. Continuously stir until chocolate chips are melted. Slowly add Cardona cheese until well blended. Pour fondue into ramekins. Arrange strawberries, apple slices, croissant, pear slices and macaroons decoratively on plate and serve immediately.
