Strawberry Salmon Salad

Cut Fruit Shredded Brussel Sprout 143462 ½ oz.

Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette 463218 2 oz.

Cook salmon by desired method. Combine lettuce and dressing, mix well. Place lettuce in bowl. Rest salmon in center of lettuce. Decoratively place remaining ingredients on salad. Garnish with lemon wedges.
