The Impossible Burger

Red Onion, Thinly Sliced 138629 ¼ oz.
Corto Extra Virgin Olive Oil 267790 1 Tbsp.

Minced Garlic, Roasted 128579 2 Tbsp.

Place the Impossible Burger on a grill or saute pan to cook.

Roast minced garlic. In a small bowl, combine garlic, avocado, lemon juice, cilantro lime concentrate, diced tomato, and mayonnaise. Mash all ingredients together until well blended. Reserve until assembly.

Toast the bun and spread 2 Tbsp. of avocado roasted garlic mayo on the bottom portion of the bun and 1 Tbsp. on the top. Melt the Alfa Morning Sun Cheese on the burger and place on the bottom portion of the bun. Top with grilled onion and sliced tomato. Toss together the arugula, red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper and place on top of tomato. Finish with top portion of bun and serve.
