Tomato Bruschetta with Romano

Sartori Grated Romano 212216 1/2 oz.
Girard's Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 273731 1 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste

In small mixing bowl, combine tomato, basil, onion, garlic, 1 oz olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly mix and set aside. With remaining olive oil, light brush baguette slices on each side and lightly grill. Place an ounce of tomato mixture on each baguette slice. Top each slice with Romano. Arrange bruschetta on serving plate. Drizzle or garnish with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
