Bacon and Caramel Sundae

Western Select 18-22 Applewood Bacon 549251 1/2 cup (about 4 slices)
Kemps Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 755187 1/2 gallon
Lyons Designer Caramel Topping 350654 as desired
Fisher Pecan Pieces 431222 1 cup

Put the bacon in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring, until very crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dice bacon.

Put one large scoop of ice cream in serving bowl. Drizzle with caramel and top with bacon bits and pecans.
