1. In a large bowl, combine bratwurst, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and red pepper.
2. Combine oil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper into a smaller bowl and stir.
3. Combine all ingredients into a large skillet, and cook until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout.
