Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Potato Skins

Jones Fully Cooked Bacon Topping 562112 2 oz.

Deep fry the potato skins until golden. Dice red onion and set aside.

Place a small amount of ranch dressing in the bottom of the potato skin and top with Buffalo chicken, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and bacon.

Bake for 3-4 minutes in a 400 degree oven and serve.
