Combine oil, cilantro lime concentrate, garlic  and vinegar. Set aside. Rub steak with south west seasoning cook on grill. Combine Roma Crunch, tomato, salsa, avocado, and cheese to make salad. Arrange items decoratively on plate. Drizzle with dressing.
