Chorizo con Huevos Scramble

Saute the chorizo until thoroughly cooked and crumbled. Scramble eggs and add to chorizo and potatoes. Stir until eggs are almost cooked through and add cilantro. Place tortillas on the grill to lightly char them. Place egg mixture on a plate and garnish with avocado, cheddar, pico de gallo, tortillas, and limes.
