Delicata, Honeycrisp and Crab Cake Crouton Salad

Sauce Craft Sweet and Spicy Maple Sauce 463583 1 oz.
Baby Arugula 139039 3 oz.
Cortana Olive Oil 267668 .5 oz.
Livia's Seasoning 290904 1 tsp.
Pastorelli Apple Cider Vinegar 289037 .5 oz.
Water 1 oz.

Portion crab stuffing into 1/2 oz. cubes then deep fry at 350°F for 90 seconds. Drain and set aside.

Cut and seed squash into bite sized pieces, leaving the skin on. Toss with olive oil and Livia’s seasoning. Bake in 350°F oven until golden (30-40 minutes).

Place the arugula on serving plate and top with the squash, sliced apples, and crab croutons.

Combine maple sauce with cider vinegar in small bowl and whip until incorporated. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
