Bake Gouda pastry to manufacture’s direction. Cool and slice lengthwise with sharp serrated knife. Combine mayo and sun-dried tomato pesto to make sandwich spread. Place egg in microwave for 3 seconds. To build, slather sandwich spread on heel of the pastry, top with Ruby Arcadian, tomato slices, eggs, bacon and crown of pastry. Serve immediately.
