Green Goddess Walleye Cake

Hidden Valley Green Goddess Ranch 463586 1 oz.
Green Onion, diced 138884 1 Tbsp.

Heat the sweet potatoes and hold in steam table.

Bake or pan fry walleye cake until fully cooked through (165°F internal).

Smear the sweet potato on the plate and top with the walleye cake drizzled with green goddess ranch dressing.

Garnish with lemon and green onion.
