Irish Nachos

Great Lakes Feather Shredded Swiss Cheese 213039 4 oz.
McCain Natural Potato Chips 701384 10 oz.
Mann Green Onions, chopped 138884 1/2 oz.
Hidden Valley Thousand Island Dressing 463345 2 oz.

Place frozen portion of corned beef on preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Corned beef should have an evenly red appearance when completely cooked, due to the curing process. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Fry potato chips at 350 degrees until they reach a light golden color (about 3 minutes). Place hot potato chips on platter and top with shredded Swiss cheese. Add prepared corned beef; melt in broiler. Sprinkle on the green onions and 1000 Island Deluxe Dressing and serve.
