1. Cook burgers according to package directions. For last minute of cooking, melt cheese over burger.
2. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns and pile bottom bun with arugula and the burger. Spread 1 oz. jam on cut side of top bun and cover with top bun. Serve with lemon wedges.
