My wife’s grandma has been making her famous bread pudding during the holidays for ages. My wife and her family are big fans of Gam’s cooking, so I wanted to try and make something my wife could enjoy during the holidays when she isn’t at Gam’s. Because I never could (or will) make anything as good as Gam, I modified the recipe a bit. My wife loves eggnog so I added a special twist to her grandmother’s beloved recipe. Now our family can have our own little tradition and our own bread pudding.
