Oktoberfest Bavarian Country Style Ribs

Cloverdale Bone-In Country Style Rib 507806 2 each
GLK Sauerkraut 283189 4 oz.
C.F. Sauer Caraway Seeds 298193 1/3 teaspoon
Tri-Blend Fingerling Potatoes 133871 4 oz.

Mix sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Layer into an un-greased 1/2 size pan. Place ribs into the sauerkraut. Cover with film and foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Tri-blend Fingerling potatoes on the side.
