Oktoberfest Bavarian Country Style Ribs

l&C Meat Boneless Pork Rib 507962 2 each
Silver Floss Shredded Sauerkraut 283185 4 oz.
Baron Spices Caraway Seed Spice 290812 1/3 teaspoon
N/D Tri-Blend Fingerling Potatoes 133871 4 oz.

Mix sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Layer into an un-greased 1/2 size pan. Place ribs into the sauerkraut. Cover with film and foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Tri-blend Fingerling potatoes on the side.
