Place whipped topping in a bowl and warm slowly over a double boiler, stir in chocolate chips until mixture is melted and has a very smooth consistency. Be careful not to heat over 110 degrees
Dispense Chocolate On Top topping into a stainless steel bowl. Blend in 6 oz. (3/4 cup) of the melted chocolate mixture and 6.75 oz. (3/4 cup) of the creamy peanut butter. Blend well, and then place mixture in a pastry bag with no tip.
To assemble the shooter, fill a 2 oz. plastic or glass shot glass with 1.5 oz. peanut butter mixture, 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate mixture, and garnish with 1 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter cup.
Serve singling or in multiples as desired.
