Roll protein blend into 1 oz. balls and bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Saute mushrooms in pan until brown and tender, add garlic and zucchini noodles. Saute for 2 minutes. Add meatballs and sauce until simmering. Brush slices of bread with butter and toast on char grill. Arrange decoratively in pasta bowl. Garnish with fresh basil and shaved cheese.
