Pretzel Crusted Smoked Gouda Cheese Curds

Roth Kase Smoked Gouda Cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes 208213 1 lb.
Dakota Premium Flour 345165 1/2 cup
Locally Laid Eggs 215579 3 each
Water 3 Tbsp.
Kerry Pretzel Breading 430135 2 cups
Grey Poupon Bistro Sauce 269001 2 oz.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs and water. Mix until smooth. Set aside. Place flour in another bowl. In a third bowl, place pretzel crumbs. In this order: dredge the smoked Gouda into the flour, shake off excess.  Then dredge into egg mixture, making sure each piece of Gouda is entirely coated.  Then place cheese in pretzel crumbs coating evenly. Repeat steps two and three. Put the cheese curds into a 350-degree fryer and fry until golden, being careful not to overcook. Accompany with Bistro sauce for dipping.
