Heat chicken per specifications. Cut jalapeno in half, remove seeds and discard. Place jalapeno peppers in 450 degree oven, skin side up, just until peppers start to blister. Fill charred peppers with shredded cheese blend and a dash of Cholula hot sauce. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Finish by placing the boneless chicken wing atop the melted cheese and finish with Queso cheese sauce.
