Rhineland Bacon Wrapped Pork Skewers

Bistro Sauce Recipe 1 oz.

Place pork skewers in a 350 degree fryer until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Saute cabbage and apples together. Place cabbage mixture on serving plate with pork skewers in an attractive manner. Serve with bistro sauce.
