Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine mayonnaise, vanilla and sugar in a large bowl. Add flour, salt and baking soda, stirring to combine. Shape dough into 24 balls, roll in cinnamon sugar and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until light, golden brown on edges.
