Deep fry tots from frozen in 350 °F fryer for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle tots with dry ranch dressing mix and toss.
Heat and gently shred short rib.
To prepare gravy, add hot water to gravy mix and bring to a boil.
