Heat chicken per specifications. Heat skillet and add oil, garlic, onions, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, brown sugar and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2 minutes then toss in heated Sriracha Chicken Bites. Fill a crisp lettuce cup with the chicken and vegetables and enjoy!
