Strawberry Stuffed French Toast

To make French toast batter, whisk egg, cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together. Combine cream cheese and strawberry topping. Mix well and spread on one slice of bread. Place other slice on top to make a sandwich. Dip into French toast batter and dredge in cornflakes. Place French toast on flat top grill for 3 min. until golden, flip and cook for 3 more min. until golden. Cut in half and plate with bacon. Serve immediately.
