H&R All-Purpose Flour 345010 .25 oz.
Livia's Seasoning 290904 2 tsp.

Cut pork cutlet in half and lightly pound until 1/4″ thick. Dredge in flour mixed with Livia’s seasoning, then in eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry or pan fry until cooked (165°F internal).

Heat the bacon and ham on flat top grill.

Place bacon on top of ham then top with Swiss cheese. Allow cheese to melt.

Toast buns and spread mustard on the crown of the bun. Place pork, ham, bacon, Swiss on bun bottom and put crown on top. Transfer to serving plate and serve.
