Pound the chicken breast thin, dredge into the seasoned flour egg wash, and then bread crumbs. Saute in butter and olive oil, blend until golden brown. In a saute pan melt butter and saute the cabbage. Add the spaetzle dumplings with salt and pepper and toss to combine (cabbage should have some color.) Add the butter and toss to combine. Add chopped parsley and plate with the schnitzel.
