Upper Lakes Foods is excited to announce that we will be offering two ServSafe Re-certification classes on October 27, 2014, the day before our Fall Food Show! Lars Johnson (CP-FS), the Food Safety Guy, will be leading the sessions. Materials and lunch will be provided. Classes will be held in the Gooseberry Falls #1 Room at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Click here for directions.
For your convenience, we have two sessions available with a maximum of 20 people are allowed per class. Session 1 will run from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and Session 2 will run from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
