Maple Bourbon Chicken & Waffles Sliders

Place wings in deep fryer until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Grill bacon until crispy. Combine maple syrup and bourbon glaze. Heat waffles in oven until hot.

Assemble by topping the waffle with a half slice of bacon, then chicken. Drizzle with maple bourbon glaze and lightly dust with powdered sugar.
