Chicken, Wild Rice, and Apple Salad

Wild Rice Mixture: Combine wild rice, green onions, apples, and chicken with 1/2 of the dressing and set aside.

Mix together chopped romaine and power blend and place in salad bowl. Set the wild rice mixture on top of the lettuce.

Drizzle remaining dressing over the salad and garnish with dried cranberries and almonds. Serve immediately.
