Cut bones out of walleye, then cut into strips. Season with lemon pepper and flash fry in 350 degreed fryer. Combine veggie power blend, wild rice and jalapeño ranch dressing. Heat tortillas and place equal amount of the slaw in each. Top with the walleye, serve with French fries.
