Craft Beer Battered Haddock Sandwich

Craft Pilsner Beer 1 oz.
Baker Boy 4" Sliced Baked Brioche Bun 715871 1 ea.
Ken's Bistro Sauce (GF) 463059 2 oz.
Cool Crisp Sliced Dill Hamburger Pickles 280320 4 ea.
Go Fresh 1/8" Shredded Lettuce 143346 0.5 oz.
Old Dutch Kettle Sport Chips 202779 1.5 oz.

Combine 1 oz. fry krisp and beer. Whisk until smooth to make beer batter. Dredge haddock in the remaining 1 oz. of fry krisp and then coat with the beer batter. Fry in 350 degree oil until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Toast bun. Assemble sandwich in order of bun heel, bistro sauce, haddock, pickles, lettuce, bun crown. Serve with kettle chips.
