Grill chicken breast until internal temperature of 165 degrees, let rest for 2 minutes.

Dice chicken and quarter button mushrooms.

Top flatbread with chicken, mushrooms, and thyme. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and serve.
