Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing and Havarti cheese and mix thoroughly. Lay eggroll wrapper flat and lightly brush with water. In center of wrappers, place 2 oz. of filling diagonally in each. Fold corners over the filling and continue to roll up the wrapper. Arrange on plate with 2.5 oz. of cabbage as garnish.
