Smokehouse BBQ Ribs

IBP Bone-In Baby Back Pork Ribs 520051 12 ea.
Cattleman's Cowboy Rub Spice 298689 5 oz.
Baron Spices Barbecue Spice w/Sugar 290802 5 oz.
Baron Spices Ground Cayenne Pepper 280918 5 tsp.
Hickory Cherry Pellets As needed
Pastorelli Apple Cider Vinegar (GF) (V) 289037 12 oz.
Natural American EZ-Pour Pure Clover Honey 353534 12 oz.
Grassland AA Butter Solids 215004 24 oz.
Sauce Craft Chipotle Honey BBQ Sauce 463409 36 oz.

Mix cowboy rub, BBQ seasoning and cayenne pepper together.

Peel the membrane off the back rib and evenly. Rest the seasoned ribs for 30 minutes before placing into a 250 degree smoker.

Smoke ribs for about 2 hours. Take ribs out of the smoker and place on aluminum foil. Drizzle one ounce of cider vinegar, one ounce honey and two ounces of butter on reach rib.

Wrap the foil tight around each rib and place back in the smoker for about 1.5 hours. Again, remove the ribs from the smoker and take out the foil.

Glaze each rib with 3 ounces of BBQ sauce and place back into smoker for another 30-45 minutes or until the BBQ glaze is tacky and the ribs are tender.
