Spiralized Beet Salad with Goat Cheese

President Goat Cheese Crumbles 223107 2 oz.
Fisher Toasted Almond 430751 2 oz.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Spread almonds on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a bowl, toss beet noodles and power blend with minced white shallot and balsamic vinaigrette.

Add crumbled goat cheese and toasted almonds on top of the salad.
